Product Return Policy
Product or Money Returns.
If you wish to return a product, you should be aware of the following:
The online store, selling cigarette papers – smokingrollingpaper.gr, recognizes the return of products, when the product is damaged in transit or when there is a mistake in the order.
You should know that each order is recorded and checked by electronic means and the final form of the package with the address indicated and all the necessary data, which prove that the final packaging of the order, as it is to be delivered to the transport company, meet the requirements for correct shipment.
The customer has the right to request the return of the product within 5 working days, in case only and if the order has been damaged in transit, of course with the provision of evidence, or if for some reason, has received the wrong product or incorrect quantity of the product selected.
